The easiest method is to fly onto parked cars in a parking lot, they also increase your multiplier and are easier to hit than moving cars. Try to keep the multiplier up by hitting as many cars as possible in one combo. When the yellow meter is full you will automatically blow up every car you touch and get launched high up in the air.
